Column (대림창고) is a cafe and art gallery built inside an old restored factory. Korea is famous for cool cafes but this is for sure one of the most amazing ones. They are constantly changing the exhibition, so the look will be completely different every time you go!
The building is divided in 3 floors. The ground floor is a spacious gallery divided in two rooms with a high ceiling, small gardens and trees. Both rooms have paintings and sculptures.
The first floor has a small room with a minimalistic design.
There is a small terrace on the second floor.
The drinks
Orange juice (₩8,000) & Affogato (₩7,000)
The Affogato was yummy and the orange juice was natural. However, the drinks were nothing special for the expensive price that we paid. This is not the kind of cafe I will go regularly but it worth spending an extra couple of thousand won to visit it once.
The drinks price is around ₩5,000-₩9,000. They have coffees, beers and fruit juices.
The food
I didn’t try the food. I could see that they offer quite expensive Italian style food; pasta, pizza and salads. However, I have to say that the food looked nice.
